Ferrium Bottle crafter depot

made this because i'm still below lv 34, which means i can't progress the story for the rest of the materials in next area until then. this is mainly for the Capsule B stuff i can't fit in one outpost, and no one else has made one here that i've seen exclusively for these bottles so i've done it myself. can change for other bottles as needed.
