After placing both blueprints it doesn't include "Xircon" production. Kinda useless if people do not have "Xircon" produsing.

I'm not very good at making xiranite blueprints due to them not needing unloaders. Maybe I'll give it another try someday. For the meantime I just threw two of this blueprint in my outpost. It is the most compact 2-set I've found, and includes codes for both regions. I am waiting for someone else to design a 4-set solution.
