Compact Wuling Grade C Meds, Requires Metastorage Transfer for max efficiency

Due to the lack of resources relative to Valley IV (since we are very limited on Xiranite production and we don't have a lot of Ferrium veins), optimizing the Wuling base is kind of a weird puzzle that changes depending on your priorities. Wuling naturally produces 90 Ferrium/min at maximum, and each output is 30 Ferrium/min. For max efficiency, we need to use 4 outputs of Ferrium, putting us at an expenditure of 120 Ferrium/min, which is unsustainable. However, once you reach Development Level 12 in Valley IV, you unlock Metastorage Transfer which allows you to essentially generate an extra 1500 "points" worth of items from nothing and transfer it to Wuling. If we transfer Ferrium, we can get an extra 25 Ferrium/min, putting us at a yield of 115 Ferrium/min with an expenditure of 120 Ferrium/min. This is the best achievable ratio currently that doesn't require manual transfer of items. It's still Ferrium-negative, but not by a whole lot. Once your stockpile of Ferrium runs dry, you will still be producing Grade C Meds at 95.8% efficiency, which is pretty close to theoretical maximum yield if Wuling had more Ferrium veins. Whenever we get more Ferrium veins, it will jump back up to 100%. If you are using a 100% efficiency setup for Xiranite Components, you will have to use your Ferrium to make SC batteries instead to sustain your power expenditure, which is not sustainable alongside this design. The best option I have found is to use a 50% efficiency setup instead (by only putting inputting one line of Xiranite) and using the other line of Xiranite for Wuling LC Batteries, which you CAN make at 100% efficiency. That leaves you with a total of 100% efficient Wuling LC Batteries, 95.8% efficient Wuling Grade C Meds, and 50% efficiency Xiranite Components (which you need a lot of, but you're also limited by Stock Bills to perform Gear Artificing with them, since you need a ton of copies of each gear piece).
