It needs 180/m of ferrium, but you can compensate it with Regional transfer and or bring couple thousand stacks of it using the MNO Tp and manually do it. Needs improvement, 1 more moulding unit, and 2 refining for total bottle cover

second image first refining unit, needs power, just move the power relay that's next to the second refining unit in one square closer to the second unit, and its good. also with those error's/changes made this is only a 6/m not a 9/m each line is able to produce at a rate of 3/m so to get 9/m you would need a 3rd line, but for a starter print, and needing no upgrades that would be imposable..

also just noticed a dead ended belt in the refining unit. its shown in your second image..

there's a broken belt going into the filling station, next to the seed picking unit, your images shows its there, but the blueprint its missing.
