It's actually 4/min and 25% slower than optimally system. This one was focusing on lower number Ferrium ore unloader since we need to use the rest for Wuling.

Optimally Filling Unit produces Citrome A, 1 every 10 seconds = 6 per minute. This BP produces Citrome A, 1 every 40 seconds = 1.5 per minute. 4x slower.
