[V4] Purple Battery

Plant shredders removed due to complaints for loss of unnecessary appendages. --- Realized blueprints are region locked for whatever reason so I had to copy by hand Silcry's build. Messed with some stuff while calibrating so now it's 36 tiles smaller. Don't be fooled, *real* battery factories produce 4 bats per minute. (Life not included)
