Xiranite + Yazhen Full Starter

Core PAC Facility. No upgrades needed. Works WITHOUT using a Depot. Place the tower in the bottom corner. Add sandleaf to the Xiranite line and Yazhen to the Yazhen line. Turn off water connections for xiranite planters, BUT leave on water for yazhen planters. The Sub-PAC is dedicated to power/batteries. You need at least 1-2 wuling battery thermal banks kept steady alongside other powered banks.
