HC Valley Battery (Purple) in secondary outpost (Not maxed)

These blueprints are meant for a secondary factory/outpost that only has 1 size upgrade and 2 bus upgrades. The only thing you need outside of these blueprints is a second powder farm, because there is not enough space unless you buy the last size upgrade.
