Compact Xircon

Very compact, fully efficient xircon complex that produces 30u/s xircon. Xircon is required for SC Wuling bats. In addition to the ore and xiranite it does require at least 1.5u/s (90u/min) clean water for both xiranite reactors and the cuprium refinery. 2 pumps with a converger (120u/min) will be more than enough. The cuprium refinery can also work alone if desired (e.g. stockpiling xiranite for components), just turn off the ferrium ore-side facilities (3 reactors, 1 treatment plant, ferrium refinery + shredder) and have the xircon effluent reactor output sewage instead of inert xircon effluent. In rare cases where xiranite output is unbalanced you might find one of the reactors clogging with sewage. If that happens, just drain the sewage instead of inert xircon effluent.
