Add a 2nd Refining Unit right next to the existing one and run it into the same Moulding Unit to max out the Moulding Unit and Packaging Units production. That's how you get 6/m.

The farm part is wrong, due to Wuling Plant and Seed output numbers being reversed. You have to remove the right planting unit, and connect the left planting unit output to the seed-picking unit input.
