@user_FZpPYHfbP17fHMW4 You can't. Each reactor (5) requires 0.5 water per second seconds and each of the cuprium refiners (4) require 0.5 water per second as well. The yazhen farm requires 0.25 water per second due to each yazhen making 2 powder per 2 seconds. This results in a total water requirement of 4.75 per second. Each pump supplies 1 per second. That is why there are 5 pumps.

you can somewhat lower the amount of pumps to 3 if you add a pipe splitter between the cuprium and ferrium ore outputs and give the water to the bottle production
