Wuling Meds (Yazhen A + C)

Assuming fully supplied and running at full efficiency, this factory complex will produce both Yazhen A and Yazhen C at 30u/min each. If not, however (as is likely the case w/ ferrium, esp. w/ xircon production), then you can delete 1 or more of the unloaders. Can also do Jincao meds (just change reactor outputs).
