Requires xiranite in the depot and 1u/s clean water (1 pump's worth). Uses the expanded reactor. With the addition of the purification unit you can turn inert xircon effluent into xircon effluent proper at a factor of 4 to 1, so you might consider running a conduit inlet here instead.
