Blue Battery for Sub AIC (Product + Power Bank Variant)

The default layout is just for power. You can turn on/off the item control ports to switch between battery production only, power bank only, or a mix of both. I found this useful for mid-game when you're not allowed to trade in advanced purple product yet in outpost management. 1. If you do batter production, only the top item control port should be open and the first one below the first splitter should be closed. 2. If you do power bank only, just reverse open/close those ports. 3. If you do a mix of both, the last power bank item control port should be closed.
