English : This is the Wuling LC battery design, designed for small spaces like sub-pacific areas or when you first move into a Wuling region. How to use it: 1. Ensure your regional development level is 2/3. 2. Ensure you've mined Originium ore or brought a spare backup from the Valley. 3. Bring a blue battery from the Valley for the initial installation. 4. If the rock area hasn't been completely mined, make sure you only install one at a time (if you install two at once and the raw materials aren't sufficient, be prepared for your AIC to go out, haha).
