Compact SC Wuling Battery & Cuprium Component 6/Min

I've made this build as compact as possible, inspired by two blueprints from Whize Ngopskuy on YouTube—huge shout out to him! Since I built this at the Jingyu Valley Sub-PAC, the Bus Depot placement near the edges is a bit messy. Feel free to tweak it if you're placing it in the AIC area for a cleaner look.
