LC Wuling Battery 6/min Requirements: 10 depot unloaders (unlock Wuling depot bus). Base Wuling Core AIC area size is fine. 2 of the depot unloaders are set to carbon powder which is not included in this blueprint. 1 water pump for the Xiranite + carbon powder production if you choose to produce it via Yazhen or Jincao plant. Overall the system consumes around 700 power. One belt of excess sandleaf powder is sent to protocol stash.
